Each project is assigned a customer relations specialists who is trained to oversee, manage and order all of the items for your project.
We have our own warehouse to store all of your items until we are ready for final installation.

Our office will send out contracts to be signed and we are off to the races. Our design team will visit the home and meet with you and all appropriate parties directly to walk the space to conceptualize and understand more specifically your needs. We take physical measurements of the space and take notes to begin the process of understanding how to facilitate your aspirations.
This stage is all about infrastructure. It is here where we we work hand in hand with your architect and contractor to understand their direction and needs. Whether it is tile and flooring selections, crown and base moulding options to choosing appliances and cabinet hardware, our designers will get involved to ensure the direction is consisent throughout the project.
Time for the FUN part!! It is in stage 4 that we present to you our ideas. A floorplan design will unveil the optimal furniture layout and best represent the use of each space.
We present to you color and wallpaper options, carpeting, furniture, fabric selections, drapery treatment styles, lighting choices, artwork recommendations and accessories.
If required, we will schedule a visit to specific showrooms so you can sit in the recommended furniture, view the lighting selections first hand, and touch each fabric presented.
Once final concepts have been edited and all items have been approved for purchase, a financial proposal is submitted.
Upon approval and once deposits have been received, our office will begin the process of placing orders with our vendors and track shipments to verify that all goods have been received appropriately.
Our office will give you weekly updates and make you aware of any issues that may occur throughout this process.
The final stage of the project is all about the details. It is here that we carefully scrutinize finished painting and wallpaper installation, carpeting installation, inspect each item that has arrived into our warehouse, certify drapery treatment installation and ensure the utmost quality of all items ready for delivery.
Our movers along with our designers arrive to the home for the final installation. Furniture is put in place, artwork is hung and accessories are displayed. The hour has arrived for the unveiling and time to finally enjoy the home of your dreams!
